Upcoming Student Survey for Grades 7 & 8

Dear Parents and Guardians,

In April and May, Haverhill Public Schools will administer a brief Attitudes and Behaviors Survey to all 7th- and 8th-graders.

Why is this important?

We want to hear directly from our students about their experiences. Their feedback helps us improve school programs and ensures we are providing the right support for every child to succeed.

Quick Facts:

• Time: Takes less than 30 minutes on school Chromebooks.

• Voluntary: Students can skip questions or opt out with no penalty.

• Support: Translations are available for English Learners.

Next Steps:

We value your child’s input, but participation is voluntary. Please see the attached documents for more detailed information regarding the survey process.

If you do not want your child to participate, please complete the Haverhill Public Schools Opt-Out Form by March 30th.
