Knightly News, VOL 6

October 19

Message from the Principal Message:

The year is sure flying by—it’s already halfway through October! As we move through this busy fall season, we have several exciting activities and important dates coming up. Please mark your calendars for the following events:

Upcoming Events

  • October 19: PTO Meeting - 3:30

  • October 22: Parent Conferences, 4:30–6:00 PM

  • October 22: Grade 8 Trip Informational Meeting, 6:15–6:45 PM

  • October 28: Half Day and School Dance, 4:00–6:00 PM

  • October 30: High School Showcase

As the weather continues to change, mornings are getting colder while temperatures tend to warm up by recess and dismissal. Please remind your students to dress in layers so they can stay comfortable throughout the school day. We will continue to have outdoor recess unless it is raining or snowing, or the temperature falls below 30 degrees. Please be sure your student comes to school dressed appropriately for the weather!

With cold and flu season upon us, we also want to remind everyone of the importance of staying healthy. Please encourage your students not to share water bottles, cups, or other personal items that may spread germs. These simple habits can help keep our entire school community healthy.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We appreciate all you do to help make our school a wonderful place for our Knights to learn and grow. Enjoy the week ahead!
