Does Your Child Play Sports for School?

Does your child play a team sport for their school? If they do, there are a few things you need to do.

A current physical exam needs to be on file with the school nurse. Current means the physical is within 13 months of the team playing all its games.

Parents and students need to watch a video on concussions and sign the form.

If your child has asthma, make sure they have their inhaler with them during the practice and games.
